Here's a Sunday treat for your belly and your eyes — Pantone Tarts.
While I'm likely to give the funky tomato and cucumber ones a miss, these Pantone tarts by French food designer/stylisy Emilie de Griottes are possibly the best things ever. I'd love to see a whole range of desserts made with all the Pantone colours. Even better, if a patisserie could come up with a signature dessert each and every year in honour of the year's Pantone colour.
We're on to something here, guys.
P.S. I just noticed that Pantone describes themselves as the world's authority on colour. That is such a neat way to putting it.
